Swedish Massage is a relaxing full body massage which may include a variety of massage strokes such as rolling, kneading, stroking, tapping, vibration and stretching to help the body improve circulation.

Three Valley Massage therapist uses soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with the movement of the joints by relieving muscle tension. Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energising.

The main purpose of Swedish Massage is to increase the blood flow and therefore oxygen to the muscles to stimulate the release of toxins.
